4. Insert an element in an Array according to the position in C Programming.

To solve this problem, we shall take 5 variables like
arr[100],numOfElements, insertedElement, i, position;
arr[100] = we shall be able to keep 100 elements in this variable.
numOfElements = we have to decide how many elements do we want to use in this program.
insertedElement = suppose we want to put 10
i = it will be used for For Loop.
position = though array index starts from 0(zero),but we shall assume position from 1
